What we ate

This website gave you tips on where to go, what to do, and most importantly what to eat. We even have an early-morning food of Chiang Mai that I feel was created just for people like me.

Chiang Mai has a lot of delicious food, both past and present, closed and newly opened. I've featured several of these dishes, and I'm saddened by the loss of so many of the best.

Try them and see if you can find a dish that suits your taste or a restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. Thailand isn't just about Pad Thai and Tom Yum Goong.

The explosion of flavors, rich and just the right kind of spicy, is why we do not eat them for breakfast.

Noodles

This is an easy-to-find restaurant when you're hungry. The service is quick, and the prices are reasonable. While the food may be small, it will fill you up and keep you going.

Khao Soi

A staple food of this region, although it is a northern major, you can find it everywhere, even in Burma. Yellow noodles in a curry broth with chicken drumsticks and side dishes.
