I have an appointment with Pree Cha, who moved from the Mae Hong Son trekking team to be a Skyline Jungle Luge Park staff member and invited me to come and inspect Skyline’s adventure activities.
I decided without hesitation and made a rough plan for the content of the article. I used to be a sales representative for Zipline Tours a few times. I had difficulties with the complex team and stopped operating.
Go on my bike
I set off from my house on a motorcycle. Using Route 118, which is the main route to Chiang Rai, turn right into Doi Saket Hot Springs, Route 3005.
Then, at the intersection, turn left onto Baan Thep Sadet Route 4063 until it meets Route 1252, then turn left for another 2 kilometers. At the intersection, turn onto Skyline Jungle Luge Park, an unnumbered rural road, for another 2 kilometers.
If you use Google Maps, it may lead you to another route. which is narrow and steep, I recommend using the same route as me. Summary of travel by highway number as follows: 118 > 3005 > 4063 > 1252
Do not use any shorter routes or rural roads before the last 2 km of the destination. However, the Skyline package already includes a hotel pick-up service.
Can you drive yourself?
The location is in a steep area. Some sections of the road are quite narrow and require special skills. On the travel route from Chiang Mai, there may be confusion when using Google Maps to navigate to the destination.
There is very limited parking space at the course location. The van transportation is included in the Zipline price, and there are no discounts for people who wish to drive themselves. Instead, I encourage you to join one of our shared vans to reduce pollution.
Arriving at Skyline Jungle Luge Park
The atmosphere is nice, and the air is very clean. Gigantic trees around me filled my lungs with fresh air. The team was taken to meet the very friendly executives. While walking, I met many employees and said greetings to everyone.
Excitement and challenge
There are 38 stations in total, and the last station is the highlight. There will be the longest zipline across the mountains.
There is also a suction truck and the only giant swing in Chiang Mai, waiting for you to prove your own courage.
I walked around, collecting preliminary data. Since the customer arrived, basic training from the staff has been provided at various locations, including changing rooms and lockers, and the restaurant is in another location.
Package and price
The package is divided into two packages: Express and Extreme, for a quick decision. The price difference is 200 THB, especially for all three activities.
